Ingredients For Making Barbecue Grilled Pheasant Breast

  • 8 medium-sized pheasant breasts (Need pheasant? Check out D’Artagnan for quality meats)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions For Making Barbecue Grilled Pheasant Breast

  • Mix salt, pepper, and paprika in bowl.
  • Rinse pheasant breasts and dry with paper towels.
  • Coat pheasant breasts with butter.
  • Sprinkle mixed seasonings over pheasant breasts.
  • Cook pheasant on grill at medium heat.
  • Baste top side of pheasant with barbecue sauce, flipping every two minutes for a total of eight minutes.
  • Remove from grill.
  • Enjoy!
