- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1½ cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 medium sized carrot (thinly sliced)
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted)
Instructions For Venison Stir Fry
- Brown venison in vegetable oil for 4 minutes.
- Move venison to side of wok and place broccoli florets, red pepper, carrot, green onion, and garlic into center of wok for 2 minutes (or until vegetables are tender).
- Stir back in venison, as well as soy sauce and sesame seeds for 2 minutes (or until soy sauce is evaporated from wok).
- Serve with rice or noodles.
