  • 1½ tsp crushed up or powdered beef bouillon
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  • Place dry rub ingredients onto a plate and mix with fork.
  • Lightly cover deer steaks in olive oil.
  • Roll deer steaks in dry rub and place on grill.
  • Cook deer steaks at medium heat for 3½ to 5 minutes per side (steaks are best when cooked to medium rare).
  • Remove from grill.
  • Enjoy!
